The Church Hall construction is almost complete from the inside and the outside facade is being worked on. We would like to thank Mr. Ghassan Rizk from Amioun for his generous donation of $15,000 towards the custom furnishing of the Hall.

I hope you are very well!
I am very pleased to show you that the work in going well. Attached are some pictures... Our goal is to finish all construction (including tiles) by the end of June.

We are slowly but surely reaching our goal. An extra $14000 is needed to finish the Hall (including furniture). Your donations are appreciated to complete our work.

Dear Kaftoun Families:

Thank God for your love expressed in your donations. However, a small but necessary new enlargement has necessitated more funding. We need about 15,000 more as I mentioned before.
I URGE YOU TO DONATE MORE TO THE CHURCH IN ORDER TO FINISH THE HALL AND BE READY FOR YOU TO SEE THIS SUMMER. THE HALL AND THE CHURCH IS THE HOUSE OF GOD, YOU ARE PART OF THIS HOUSE. MAKE YOUR PART REAL.
At every church prayer, we pray for "those who have contributed to the contruction of this church." So make your memory eternal by donating! Do not hesitate to be generous! Every penny to beautify the house of God is worth giving, since God is the One Who gave us everything in this life!

Dear Kaftoun Families:
Christ is Risen!
I wish you a blessed Great Pascha to you and your families. Kaftoun was greatly blessed to see so many people during these past feasts. We love you all.
Attached are some pictures from the construction, from Holy Week, and from Palm Sunday during which we blessed the construction work with holy water.
Also, may the Lord God bless all those who donated and will donate. The latest donations I know about are as follows:

During our construction the engineers noticed that there is the western wall needs to be demolished as well because of its deteriorating situation. So we have an extra 15,000 USD cost to pay for the construction. I am not worried, since I know your love to our church.
May the Lord God fill you with the joy of His Resurrection and brighten your days with peace and propsperity.

Dear Kaftoun Families:
Greetings and best wishes in this Holy and Great Lent. I am pleased to inform you that the hall construction works started. We took sometime to start in order to study well the reasons behind the hall's deterioration and strength of the current building. Engineers from the Unviersity of Balamand gave us reports on the situation. We have moved according to these reports.
I am also glad to inform you that we have recived a number of donations, and the latest donations are:

Also, I was informed by our Kaftoun families in Boston that a fundrasing event (Hafle) will be held on April 26 in Boston.
I would like to thank you for your support, and I ask you to send us your donation so that we may finish the construction very soon. Also, in a month time, I will be able to send you the financial statement of the hall construction. Kindly inform me if any donation is made through our Bank.

Dear Kaftoun Families:
I hope you are very well. Every Sunday, I pray for your health and well being, and for the repose of your beloved ones. You are always in my heart and mind.
I would like to present to you the case of our Church Hall. As you may notice from the attached pics our hall is close to falling. The state of the ground floor ceiling is critical. We have consulted several engineers and they advised us to restore it quickly, before it falls and causes a catastrophe, since there is a danger that part of the newest church walls may fall as well.
I appreciate all your help and support. The construction work will begin early next week. We chose the Rashkidi Engineering firm from Kfarhata (Engineers Aziz and George Rashkidi, Tel: 03 210637) to oversee and execute the re-construction project. The Raskkidi donated all the efforts for our church.
Since we need to rebuild the hall, the engineers advised us to enlarge it as well in order to use it for various Church functions such as weddings, funerals, baptisms, etc. Kindly, check the plan attached.
The Hall construction cost estimate, without furniture, is about $59K (Cost Estimate Attached).
Kindly find attached some important information. We appreciate very much all ideas and information (emails, contacts, etc. ) which may help us fund raise together for this just cause. You may forward this email to all people you may see concerned.
I will send you soon the statement of accounts showing our expenses and revenues.
